RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

• The team should strictly comprise only UG students, interns & post-interns.
• All participants are required to compulsorily produce a valid college identity card at the time of confirming their registration.
• Teams should comprise a minimum of 4 members and a maximum of 12 members and a maximum of 6 speakers.
• MAXIMUM word limit for abstract 500 words.
• The abstract should be submitted in Arial font, font size 12.
• The abstract should comprise:- Introduction, Aims, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Conclusion
• The presentation topic should be medically relevant and can be based on clinical, paraclinical, laboratory or community, and allied subjects.
• Submit a pdf file of your abstract. It should be named as per the following format- <team leader><topic><event name>
• Please mention the references in Vancouver style only.
• References will not be included in the word limit.

Time Limits:

• Presentation time: 20 minutes per team.
• Question and Answer round: 5 minutes.
• Marks shall be deducted for exceeding the time limit.

 

• Presentation format: MS OFFICE 2010 or higher versions.
• Screen aspect ratio: 16:9
• The college identity should NOT be revealed during the presentation, speeches, or abstract; doing so is grounds for disqualification.
• Any form of plagiarism will not be permitted.
• If any team member is found violating any of the above rules, the team is liable to be disqualified.
• The judges’ verdict shall be final and binding.
