RULES & REGULATIONS

• Only individual entries shall be accepted.

Event categories:

• Medical I (Undergraduates and Interns)
• Medical II (Postgraduates)
• Medical III (Post Graduates)
• Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy (Undergraduates and Postgraduates)
• Dentistry (Undergraduates and Postgraduates).

 

• Papers from these branches will be allowed: Medicine and allied subjects, surgery and allied subjects, non-clinical & community subjects.
• The abstract should have a maximum of 1000 words. 
• The abstract should be submitted in Arial font (font size 12).
• The abstract should include the following subtopics:Title, Author,Aims & Objectives,Materials & Methods,Results,Conclusion
• Submit a pdf file of your abstracts. It should be named as per the following format- <participant name><event name><event category>
• For example, the pdf file could have a name such as: JohnSmithPosterPresentationOT

Time:

• Presentation time: 3 to 5 minutes
• Question and answer round: 2 to 3 minutes

 

• Poster Dimensions: 4 feet vertically × 3 feet horizontally.
• Poster to be printed by the presenter.
• The paper must be your original research. Any form of plagiarism will not be permitted.
• A paper that has previously been published will NOT be accepted.
