RULES & REGULATIONS

• Only individual entries shall be accepted.
• This event is for undergraduates, interns, and post-interns only.
• The abstract should be a maximum of 1000 words.
• The abstract should be submitted in Arial font, font size 12.
• The abstract should be submitted in the following format: Title, Brief History, Diagnosis
• Participants need to make a pdf file of their abstracts and it should be named as per the following format- <participant name><event>
• The Final Presentation must contain :
• Relevant positive and negative findings in the history,
• Vital parameters on examination,
• General and systemic examination findings,
• Differential diagnoses, proposed laboratory/special investigations, final diagnosis, therapeutic /surgical interventions made, their outcomes,etc. a summary of all the above.

Time:

• Presentation time: 5 minutes
• Question and Answer round: 3 minutes
• Presentation format: MS OFFICE 2010 or higher versions.

 

• Any form of plagiarism will not be permitted.
• The participants are required to have a permission letter for case presentation in the conference from the Department head (HOD). The participant should be able to procure it if requested.
• The judges’ verdict shall be final and binding.
